Does anyone have thoughts on alternate ways of looking into some of the strange phenomena here? I tried looking for unusual power draws, but I wasn't able to find anything.

Date: 2011-10-18 01:33 am (UTC)I know people have broken into City Hall and found evidence of a machine that's part of the droning process. It's possible that there's another apparatus that controls time and space here--or it could be the same machine.
I just wish we could get close to it without being shot on sight.
